These terms govern use of the DomainKnox marketplace website. By using this site, you agree to the following conditions.

Marketplace presentation only

DomainKnox provides listing presentation and inquiry channels. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

DomainKnox does not guarantee traffic, revenue, search rankings, buyer interest, transfer timing, or investment returns unless explicitly documented in a signed agreement between the relevant parties.

Sample listings

Some listings, portfolio entries, and examples are marked as samples for demonstration. They should not be interpreted as live performance claims or verified financial results.

Third-party seller listings

Third-party seller listings on DomainKnox require review and verification before publication. Submitting an asset does not create a public marketplace listing by itself.

After preliminary approval, DomainKnox may require a seller to point the domain to DomainKnox-approved nameservers or to use an approved DomainKnox sales landing setup before the listing is activated on the public marketplace. DomainKnox will communicate any required configuration when it applies to a specific submission.

DomainKnox does not guarantee that any submission will be approved, published, promoted, or sold.

Listing accuracy

Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying asset details, ownership, transfer requirements, and included components during due diligence.

Brokerage support

Brokerage support may be available through KnoxBrokers for certain conversations. Any brokerage terms are separate from these website terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DomainKnox is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, sample listings, or unsolicited marketplace communications.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
